Description

Applicants must be dedicated to providing nursing care to elderly and homebound patients, have patience and courteousness in patient care, and be self-motivated.

Will travel to patient’s home to deliver care, identify physical and emotional needs, and provide a nursing evaluation that determines the best approach of care.

Establish patient care plan and know how to administer medication.

Be adept that changing dressings, irrigations, catheter care, and wound care.

Assist in the patient’s rehabilitation process to recovery.

Requiments

Education

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience

1 year of experience preferred but not required

Licensure

Current licensure in the State of California
