Our Staff

We have a multi-lingual, multi-ethnic staff with field nurses and therapists that also cover a range of areas. We specialize in the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles County, but our reach extends to South Bay, San Bernardino County, and the Orange County areas. Among the languages that our field nurses speak are Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Korean, Spanish, and much more.
We provide variety of languages and offer translation services because clear communication is a key element in providing great health care. We will strive to provide the best coordination of care for our patients. In addition, our office and field staff receive regular in-serve education programs to keep us updated on modern advances and changes within the home health agency regulations.

How We Work

CEDAR CARE HOME HEALTH Inc., operates on a referral basis. Though referrals often come from physicians assist the patient in picking our home health agency, it may also come from the local hospitals or skilled nursing facilities, among other places. Referrals can even come from the patients themselves, just request our home health agency to your physician, and we will work for you or your caregiver to give you the appropriate home health care. Diamond Home Health accepts Medicare, Medical, and most other insurances.
